The homemade egg noodles provide the best quality and taste to my guests.
All pasta dishes are freshly prepared!
We do not use readymade sauces (except mincemeat and tomato sauces) in my restaurant!
A properly-prepared pasta dish is revealed in the flavour of the sauce and the perfectly cooked ‘al dente’ pasta. |

Pizzas
Similar to the fresh pasta, even the pizza dough is home-made.
All topping ingredients including the tomato sauce and the mozzarella are natural and freshly processed and above all, of supreme quality.
A pizza in my restaurant would satisfy even the most discerning of palates! |
